2.1The programmable controller and touch screen of the machine control the start of whole machine each part motor. The pitch is set on the man-machine interface, which is accurate, fast and convenient.

2.2Φ1250 3B stranding machine adopts the double support structure of front and rear large bearings instead of the traditional supporting wheel structure, which is more suitable for high-speed rotation and improves production efficiency.

Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 2006. Our company is located in the Economic Development Zone of Hejian City, Hebei Province, has been the largest professional manufacturer for wire stranding machine and laying-up machine in North China.

Now we have become the only one factory who can develop the production of the JLK rigid stranding machine series to be an assembly line processing in China, and we also have independently developed the JGB Bow skip stranding lines, the CGB Bow skip type cabling lines and the CLY High speed Cradle type Laying-up lines.

Now, Hejian Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd., covers an area of 10000 square meters, production workshop 8000 square meters. Our company has 60 employees, including 10 R & D staffs. Annual output value is over 10 million dollars at present,and has developed into one of the most important Stranding Machine Manufacturer in China.
