1. Application

Mainly used for stranding and compaction of copper and aluminum sector conductors, stranding, drawing and compaction of round and special-

shaped conductors, as well as stranding production of steel-cored aluminum strands.

3.Main features

3.1 The wire break alarm signal is transmitted wirelessly, effectively avoiding confusion or failure of transmission lines.

3.2 A cabinet-type touch screen console is adopted, which is easy to operate and aesthetically pleasing.

3.3 The reinforcing ribs of the main machine stranding body are made of rectangular square tubes, avoiding the vibration of single plates.

3.4 The new belt-type tensioning device uses high-wear-resistant friction blocks, making adjustment more convenient and service life longer.

3.5 Cables and air circuits inside the machine are hidden in the base square tubes to avoid damage and mess.

3.6 Reinforcing ribs are added to the front bracket of the main machine to increase stability. The wire die base is connected to the front bracket of

the main machine, resulting in stronger integration and better mechanical rigidity.

3.7 The front and rear shaft heads of the main machine are made of integral cast steel parts, avoiding cracking caused by welding.

3.8 The area of the main machine's brake part is increased to improve braking performance.

3.9 The surface of the traction wheel is polished.

3.10 The main machine protective covers are all electric protective nets, which are easy to operate and absolutely high-end and atmospheric, instantly upgrading the equipment to a higher level.

Hebei Baohong Electrical Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded on August 1, 2006. Located in the industrial zone of Shawa Township, Hebei City,

and its processing equipment totals more than 60 million yuan. Currently, through the introduction of large-scale processing equipment and the

research, development and improvement of processes, the company has become the only manufacturer in China that produces JLK cage

stranding machine series units on an assembly line.
